Welcome to BioSteel Sports! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application (“App”) and related services provided by BioSteel Sports (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are 13 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Keep your login credentials confidential

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

• Violate any applicable local, provincial, state, or federal law

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks

• Use automated scripts or bots without permission

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content or users who violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property in the App are owned by BioSteel Sports or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Analytics and Firebase

• AWS

• Google Maps

• Facebook

• Stripe

• GetStream

Your use of these features may be subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may also delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us at support@biosteelsports.com.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioSteel Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal laws. If you are a U.S. resident, certain rights may also be afforded to you under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
